STEAK HOUSE THE FAN – ONE DESTINATION FOR THE COMPLETE BEACHFRONT EXPERIENCE IN DA NANG

When searching for a dinner spot in Da Nang, everyone has their own expectations. Some want to enjoy a delicious steak, some look for a table by the sea, some want to catch the sunset with a glass of wine, or simply a space special enough for a date for two.

But what if all those experiences could come together in a single evening?

That is how Steak House The Fan brings a different experience to the shores of Da Nang. It’s not just about steak; it connects cuisine, wine, sunsets, the ocean, and traditional Vietnamese art performances in one journey – making a dinner much more than just a memorable experience.

Steak House The Fan – When dinner is more than just a meal

At Steak House The Fan, dinner begins before the first dish is served. Located within the Furama Resort Da Nang premises, the restaurant features an outdoor space facing the sea, where cuisine, scenery, and entertainment experiences blend into the rhythm of an evening by the ocean.

From the sunset and sea breeze to the steak and wine on the table, every detail contributes to an experience more complete than just a meal.

Address: 103–105 Vo Nguyen Giap, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City

Opening hours: 18:30 – 22:30 daily.

An open space just steps away from the ocean

There are no walls separating the dining tables from the sea. At Steak House The Fan, tables are set in an open space, with a green lawn stretching past coconut trees and leading straight to the Da Nang coastline.

As evening falls, the sea breeze drifts through the tables, the sound of waves blends into the atmosphere, and the horizon is always in sight. It is this proximity—just steps from the ocean—that creates the unique character of dining by the sea in Da Nang: close to nature yet maintaining the privacy and sophistication of an evening at Steak House The Fan.

Sunset – the first “appetizer” of the evening

Golden moments by the sea

Before the first dish appears on the table, Steak House The Fan offers another “appetizer” for guests: the sunset. From the clear blue sky of the afternoon, the atmosphere gradually shifts to shades of golden pink, then the colors of the day’s end stretch across the sea before giving way to the warm lights of the evening.

Sitting at an outdoor table, ordering a glass of wine or a cocktail, and watching the scenery change by the minute is all part of the sunset dining experience in Da Nang.

Enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset by the sea at Steak House The Fan before your meal.

Why should you arrive at Steak House The Fan before sunset?

To fully enjoy the experience at Steak House The Fan, spend a little extra time before dinner rather than arriving exactly at mealtime. Arriving early allows you to leisurely choose an outdoor table, enjoy the seaside atmosphere, and start the evening with an aperitif, cocktail, or glass of wine as the sun slowly dips below the horizon.

When the sunset fades and the lights are lit, it’s time to slowly transition into dinner. It’s a simple way to turn going out for steak in Da Nang into an entire evening by the sea worth savoring.

Steak – the centerpiece of the table

A premium steak experience at Steak House The Fan

Amidst the many layers of a seaside evening, steak remains the centerpiece at Steak House The Fan. From the impressive CAB USDA Tomahawk to the Australian MB3+ Striploin, ingredients are carefully selected and cooked to the perfect level of doneness to preserve the texture, juiciness, and characteristic flavor of each cut.

Steak House The Fan with premium steak cuts carefully selected and prepared.

The experience also lies in how guests choose their level of doneness, paired with their favorite sauce and a suitable glass of wine. Without needing too much fanfare, a precisely prepared steak, a glass of wine, and the ocean right before your eyes are enough to create a unique mark for a seaside steak experience in Da Nang.

Một thực đơn đa dạng hơn cả bít tết

Steak is the centerpiece, but not the limit of the experience at Steak House The Fan. The menu expands with many options so that every table can find its own rhythm of enjoyment, from elegant pan-seared Norwegian Salmon and deep-flavored grilled Rougie foie gras with lemongrass, to fresh The Fan-style Salad or light pumpkin cream soup with pan-seared shrimp to start.

Additionally, there are choices of pasta, seafood, and desserts to complete the journey from appetizer to the final aftertaste. As a result, a dinner at Steak House The Fan is not just for steak lovers, but is diverse enough for everyone at the same table to choose flavors according to their own preferences.

Steak House The Fan serves a variety of European dishes for guests to easily choose from.

When Vietnamese culture becomes part of the dinner

As the sunset fades and the lights gradually illuminate Steak House The Fan, another layer of experience begins. Amidst the international-style steakhouse setting and the ocean right in front, traditional Vietnamese dance performances appear as a sophisticated cultural touchpoint, allowing guests to enjoy steak and wine while feeling a very distinct Vietnamese essence in the evening. The intersection of Western cuisine, Vietnamese culture, and the seaside resort atmosphere creates the unique character of Steak House The Fan, especially for international tourists seeking a culinary experience in Da Nang that goes beyond the food on the table.

Traditional lotus dance performances take place every evening at Steak House The Fan.

One evening, many complete experiences

A memorable dinner is sometimes created not just by the food, but also by the scenery, sounds, and moments happening around the table. At Steak House The Fan, the flavor of the steak is complemented by a glass of wine, the sunset falls over the sea, the ocean breeze drifts through the open space, and traditional Vietnamese art performances create a graceful cultural touchpoint.

All converge in one evening by the sea – a place where you might come for a steak, but leave with much more than an experience to remember about Da Nang.

DANANG AFTER THE MERGER: ELEVATING THE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE THROUGH LOCAL CUISINE

New Development Space Opens Opportunities for Da Nang Culinary Tourism

For many years, when talking about Da Nang, we often speak of tourism, hotels, resorts, beaches, events, conferences, fireworks, cuisine, and service quality. This is entirely correct, as services and tourism are the most important pillars in the city’s economic structure.

But after Da Nang expanded its development space, especially with the addition of midland, mountainous, agricultural, forestry, craft village areas, and raw material regions from the former Quang Nam province, I believe it is time for us to look back at a very fundamental question:

How can Da Nang tourism not only generate revenue for hotels, restaurants, transport, and trade, but also pull agriculture, livestock, fisheries, food processing, cold logistics, and the rural economy along with it?

In other words, Da Nang should not just be a service-consuming city. Da Nang can and should become a center for the consumption, processing, standardization, and distribution of high-quality agricultural and aquatic products in Central Vietnam, serving hotels, restaurants, resorts, MICE, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, industrial kitchens, retail, and even exports.

Local raw material sources open opportunities to elevate culinary experiences and increase value for Da Nang tourism.

Da Nang Tourism is Creating a Potential Food Market

Consumption Demand from Hotels, Restaurants, and Tourism Services

According to the Da Nang Socio-Economic Report for the first 6 months of 2026, the service sector continues to be the city’s economic pillar. Revenue from accommodation and catering services reached 32,400 billion VND, up 21.6% over the same period; catering revenue alone reached 22,517 billion VND, up 22.5%. The total number of guests served by accommodation establishments reached nearly 9.8 million, of which international guests were nearly 5.2 million, an increase of 28.7%.

These figures show a very clear reality: Da Nang has a massive food consumption market. Thousands of hotels, resorts, restaurants, eateries, convention centers, amusement parks, supermarkets, markets, banquet kitchens, school kitchens, hospital kitchens, and industrial kitchens all need a daily food supply.

Local Agricultural and Fishery Supply Still Has Room to Grow

Meanwhile, Da Nang’s agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector in the first 6 months of 2026 increased by 3.27%, contributing a modest portion to the GRDP. Fisheries reached 95,541 tons, up only 0.6%; exploitation still dominated with 78,903 tons, up 0.5%, while aquaculture reached 16,638 tons, up 1.0%. Livestock showed better signals, with total live weight output reaching 42.6 thousand tons, up 7.0%.

Thus, on one side is a huge consumption demand from tourism and the urban area. On the other side is a local agricultural and fishery supply that still has much room for upgrading. The problem is not that Da Nang lacks demand. The problem is that we have not organized a supply chain good enough to connect production areas with tourism kitchens, hotels, and restaurants.

Local Cuisine is Increasingly Important for the Tourism Experience

From the perspective of Furama Resort Da Nang, the Da Nang Hotel Association, and many restaurant chains, we are very eager to use more agricultural products, livestock, seafood, and indigenous products from Da Nang and the former Quang Nam region.

Not only out of a spirit of supporting the local community but also because it is a trend in modern tourism. International tourists today do not just need a beautiful room or a good meal. They want to know where that dish comes from, if the ingredients are clean, if there is a local story, if it is sustainable, and if it is connected to the community.

A piece of fish, a hill chicken, a bunch of wild vegetables, a jar of honey, a type of tea, a bottle of essential oil, a dish from the mountainous regions of Tay Giang, Dai Loc, Dong Giang, Nam Giang, Tra My (former districts)… if done to the right standards, can completely become part of the Da Nang tourism experience.

A workshop on Tra My Cinnamon held at Furama Resort Da Nang contributes to creating more opportunities to bring local heritage into the luxury tourism space.

Why Haven’t Local Products Entered Luxury Hotels and Restaurants?

Small-scale Supply Does Not Meet Operational Requirements

The biggest difficulty does not lie in hotels or restaurants not wanting to buy. On the contrary, many units want to buy. The difficulty lies in the stages of delivery, collection, transportation, standardization, and order scale.

Areas like Tay Giang, Dai Loc, or many midland and mountainous areas have good products, but the distances are far, and transportation routes are not always convenient. Farming households, cooperatives, or production facilities often sell in small, irregular batches. Hotels, however, need stable goods, on time, according to specifications, with invoices and documents, testing, traceability, standardized packaging, and transport vehicles that ensure hygiene, especially for fresh goods, meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, milk, and pre-processed food.

Lack of Collection, Pre-processing, and Cold Logistics Systems

At one end are small-scale producers. At the other end are hotels, resorts, and restaurants that require high standards. In the middle, a very important link is missing: cooperatives that collect according to standards, supermarkets that aggregate goods, pre-processing centers, cold storage, refrigerated trucks, and professional food logistics units.

It is this link that determines whether local products can enter 4-5 star hotels, high-end restaurants, retail chains, and conference kitchens.

Developing Agriculture Based on Tourism and Culinary Needs

Increasing Fishery Value Through Aquaculture and Deep Processing

I believe Da Nang should focus on agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and forestry products, but not in the direction of “producing as much as possible and then finding a way to sell.” The right direction must be producing according to market demand, especially the needs of tourism, hotels, restaurants, modern retail, and exports.

With fisheries, Da Nang should not continue to focus on increasing sea exploitation at all costs. Reports have also pointed out that exploitation is affected by declining natural resources, high fuel costs, and requirements to combat illegal IUU fishing. The right direction is to increase controlled aquaculture, deep processing, traceability, and develop products serving hotel kitchens: clean shrimp, farmed sea fish, high-quality freshwater fish, crabs, oysters, seaweed, pre-processed seafood, fillets, quick-frozen products, seafood broths, high-end fish cakes, and ready-to-cook products.

Standardizing Livestock Products for the Hotel Market

With livestock, high-density farms should not be developed near urban or tourist areas if the environment cannot be controlled. Da Nang should focus on high-value products: hill chickens, indigenous pigs, high-quality beef, clean eggs, chilled meat, pre-processed meat, and highland specialty products that are standardized in terms of hygiene, packaging, slaughtering, and cold storage.

Turning Mountainous Agricultural Products into Culinary and Wellness Experiences

With the mountainous regions and the former Quang Nam area, the potential is even greater. This is where medicinal herbs, tea, honey, mushrooms, wild vegetables, spices, essential oils, Tra My cinnamon, Ngoc Linh ginseng, wellness products, organic food, ecological agriculture, farm stays, forest dining, chef’s tables, village experiences, and community tourism can be developed.

If done correctly, these products will not only be sold to local people. They can enter hotel menus, breakfast buffets, conference banquets, MICE gifts, minibars, spas, wellness retreats, supermarkets, specialty stores, airports, and e-commerce.

The Food Farm at Furama Resort Da Nang provides guests with the experience of hand-picking fresh, clean ingredients before they go into the kitchen.

Proposal for the “Da Nang – Quang Nam Tourism Food Belt”

I propose that Da Nang should build a city-level program with a name that could be:

Da Nang – Quang Nam Tourism Food Belt

This is not just a slogan. This should be a specific economic model, connecting 5 layers:

First is the raw material region: Tay Giang, Dong Giang, Nam Giang, Dai Loc, Tra My, coastal areas, aquaculture areas, clean vegetable areas, safe livestock areas, medicinal herb areas, forest areas, and craft villages.

Second is the collection – pre-processing – testing – packaging center. This is where goods are gathered from farming households, cooperatives, and farms, then sorted, washed, pre-processed, packaged, labeled for traceability, tested, and prepared for delivery to hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Third is cold logistics: cold storage, refrigerated trucks, fixed delivery schedules, ordering software, temperature control, and delivery on time and according to specifications.

Fourth is the central kitchen and deep processing: making broths, pre-processing vegetables, cutting meat, packaging seafood, ready-to-cook food, gift products, and retail products.

Fifth is the consumption market: hotels, resorts, restaurants, convention centers, MICE, weddings, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, specialty stores, airports, e-commerce, and exports.

If the second and third layers are missing—meaning the collection points and cold logistics—it is very difficult to bring products from Tay Giang, Dai Loc, or remote areas into the hotel-restaurant system stably.

A 5-star hotel cannot call individual farmers every day to buy a few bunches of vegetables, a few chickens, or a few kilos of fish. Conversely, farmers cannot drive themselves to deliver small individual orders to each hotel. Therefore, a professional intermediary system is needed, but this intermediary is not to squeeze farmers’ prices, but to raise standards, aggregate goods, ensure quality, reduce transport costs, and create a stable market.

The Role of Furama, the Hotel Association, and Restaurant Chains

In this model, Furama Resort Da Nang, Furama Villas, the International Convention Palace, the Da Nang Hotel Association, and restaurant chains can play a very important role.

We can work together to determine the real market demand: how many tons of vegetables, how many tons of meat, how much seafood is needed each month, which types, what specifications, what standards, what delivery times, and what price levels are reasonable.

We can work with chefs to build a list of priority products: hill chickens, local pigs, wild vegetables, mushrooms, honey, clean fish, clean shrimp, clean eggs, local rice, Central Vietnamese spices, tea, essential oils, and wellness products.

We can organize programs like “Taste of Danang Highlands”, “From Farm to Furama”, “Central Vietnam Farm to Table”, “Da Nang – Quang Nam on the Tourist’s Table”, bringing indigenous products into menus, buffets, gala dinners, MICE parties, food festivals, and gifts.

The Da Nang Hotel Association can connect many hotels to place group orders. When many hotels participate, orders will be large enough for refrigerated trucks to run efficiently, cooperatives will have more stable production plans, transport costs will decrease, and farmers will have a more certain output.

Restaurant chains and supermarkets can become regular consumption points, not just seasonal ones. This is very important, as agriculture is only sustainable when there is a steady flow of purchases, not just trend-based buying.

Local cuisine can be present in many different experiences, from buffets and gala dinners to MICE events at Furama Resort Da Nang.

Piloting a Food Supply Chain for the Tourism Industry

I believe the city should immediately pilot a small model, without needing to go too big from the start.

First, select 3-5 potential product regions: for example, Tay Giang for wild vegetables, medicinal herbs, honey, and Co Tu products; Dai Loc for vegetables, chickens, pigs, and agricultural products; Tra My for cinnamon, medicinal herbs, and tea; coastal areas for seafood; and some midland areas for safe livestock.

Then, select 20-30 hotels, resorts, restaurants, supermarkets, and central kitchens to participate in the pilot. Each unit registers its specific needs. On that basis, the city or a lead enterprise organizes a collection point, pre-processing, cold storage, and delivery trucks.

Next, build a set of minimum standards: which products are allowed into hotels, packaging specifications, storage temperatures, delivery times, invoices, traceability, testing, and VietGAP/HACCP/ISO/Halal certifications if necessary.

Finally, create a common brand. It is not possible for each place to have its own small, fragmented label. A strong regional brand is needed, for example: “Danang – Quang Nam Farm to Table”, “Taste of Central Vietnam”, or “Da Nang Food Supply for Tourism”.

Once there is a brand, standards, collection points, logistics, and B2B customers, then local agricultural products will truly enter the tourism value chain.

Culinary Tourism Can Create New Momentum for Da Nang’s Economy

Currently, Da Nang has a great advantage in services, tourism, trade, and urban infrastructure. But if tourism only consumes goods imported from elsewhere, the added value will flow out. Conversely, if tourism can pull local agriculture, fisheries, livestock, processing, logistics, and retail along with it, the economic structure will be much more balanced.

Then, the sea and the city create the demand. The mountains, countryside, and coast create the supply. Processing industries and logistics create added value. Hotels, restaurants, and tourism create the brand. Farmers, cooperatives, small businesses, chefs, restaurants, resorts, and tourists all benefit together.

This is not just an economic story. It is also a story of culture and identity. A strong destination does not just have beautiful hotels, good airports, and long beaches. A strong destination must have its own flavor. And that flavor comes from the land, the forest, the sea, the countryside, and from the hands of farmers, fishermen, chefs, and the local community.

Da Nang has a great opportunity after the merger to do this.

We have a coastal city. We have a large system of hotels and restaurants. We have a growing international tourist market. We have mountains, forests, midlands, agriculture, fisheries, craft villages, and a rich indigenous culture.

If the city, tourism businesses, cooperatives, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and logistics units sit down together, Da Nang can completely build a new model: tourism nurturing agriculture, agriculture enriching tourism, and cuisine becoming a new economic pillar of Central Vietnam.

EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL IN DANANG: WHEN CUISINE AND EMOTIONS BECOME THE NEW DESTINATION

There is a figure in Da Nang city’s socio-economic report for the first 6 months of 2026 that is worth a pause for thought for those in the tourism industry.

While the total number of staying guests reached nearly 9.8 million, an increase of 22.5%, international visitors increased by 28.7%, and accommodation and food service revenue grew by 21.6%, the revenue from travel and tourism support services only increased by 10.4%.

At first glance, this is just a difference in growth rates. However, when placed in the context of global tourism development, that figure reflects a fundamental shift: the value of the tourism industry is moving away from the “selling tours” model toward the “selling experiences” model.

Da Nang Tourism is Shifting from “Selling Tours” to “Selling Experiences”

Travelers are Increasingly Proactive in Designing Their Journeys

Twenty years ago, a trip almost always began at the office of a travel agency. Today, a trip begins with a tap on a phone. Travelers book their own flights, choose their own hotels, find restaurants via Google Maps, watch TikTok to discover new cafes, book attraction tickets, rent cars, and purchase experiences in just a few minutes. Digital platforms have shifted the initiative from businesses to the travelers themselves.

For decades, travel companies held the central role in the tourism value chain. They controlled:

– guest sources,

– itineraries,

– hotels,

– transportation,

– attractions.

Added value was concentrated in the “trip organizer.” However, the popularity of OTAs, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and social media has changed that structure. Today, travelers can build their own itineraries with transaction costs near zero.

This reduces the intermediary role of travel companies in the FIT (Free Independent Traveler) segment. International guests, young travelers, and independent travelers (FIT) no longer want a pre-designed schedule. They want to build an itinerary with a personal touch.

Today’s travelers can fully explore tourist destinations on their own without going through any OTA services.

Tourism Value is Shifting from Service to Emotion

It’s not just a change in how services are purchased, but a shift in consumer mindset. People no longer buy a trip. They buy emotions.

That change is shifting the value chain of the tourism industry. If previously travel companies were the hub connecting all services, today value is distributed directly to the units that create experiences such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, art spaces, cultural events, craft villages, and community activities. These are the touchpoints that create the memories of the trip.

Therefore, it is not surprising that Da Nang’s accommodation and food service revenue increased by more than 21%, while travel revenue only grew at about half that rate. This does not reflect a decline in the travel industry, but rather a redistribution of value across the entire tourism ecosystem.

New Experiences are Shaping the Appeal of Da Nang as a Destination

Tourism Products Rich in Local Identity

Notably, the new products launched by the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center in 2026 seem to have aligned perfectly with this shifting trend.

“Catching the Rhythm of the Sunrise Fish Market” does not sell a sightseeing tour. The program immerses visitors in the life of a fishing village, pulling nets with fishermen, attending the early market, and enjoying breakfast right on the beach.

“Night Sea Light Banquet” is also not just a performance. It is an emotional space with hundreds of glowing kites, lights on the sand, the sound of ocean waves, and rustic dishes that evoke childhood memories.

The common point of these products is that they do not depend on traditional tour routes. Travelers can proactively choose, book online, and incorporate those experiences into their own itineraries. This is the hallmark of tourism in the digital age.

Tourists enjoy the net-pulling experience of “Catching the Rhythm of the Sunrise Fish Market”.

When Experience Becomes a Competitive Advantage

For many years, destinations mainly focused on promoting images like beautiful beaches, delicious food, and friendly people. But when every destination can tell similar stories, the competitive advantage no longer lies in resources, but in the ability to design experiences.

Travelers no longer ask: “What does Da Nang have?”

They ask: “What moments will I live when I come to Da Nang?”

That is a huge difference. And Da Nang has made a very interesting shift in its promotion strategy from “Destination Marketing” to “Experience Design”.

This is also the direction that many leading world destinations like Singapore, Japan, or South Korea are pursuing: turning the simple things of local life into valuable tourism products.

The New Role of Businesses in the Experiential Tourism Ecosystem

Travel Companies Will Not Disappear

In this new picture, travel companies do not disappear. On the contrary, their role will become more specialized.

Travel will focus on areas that guests find difficult to organize themselves, such as MICE, golf, wedding tourism, medical tourism, specialized itineraries, large groups, or high-end products requiring complex coordination.

Meanwhile, for the individual traveler market, travel companies will have to shift from the role of “tour seller” to “experience designer,” knowing how to connect data, technology, and service providers to create highly personalized itineraries, building a new competitive capacity for the industry.

From Service Economy to Experience Economy

The 10.4% growth in travel revenue might just be a line of statistics in a report. Behind that figure is a shift happening on a global scale with a major message: Tourism is moving from a Service Economy to an Experience Economy.

For Da Nang, this is both a challenge and an opportunity. A challenge because traditional business models will have to change. But also an opportunity for the city to assert its position with unique, identity-rich products that bring emotions that travelers cannot find elsewhere.

Perhaps, in the near future, the success of a destination will no longer be measured by the number of tours sold, but by the number of stories travelers want to tell after they return. And that is the most sustainable measure of a modern tourism industry.

In the Experience Economy era, the value of tourism no longer lies in “where to go,” but in the experiences and emotions that remain after each journey.

HURA Izakaya – A Japanese Culinary Destination For Perfect Evenings In Da Nang

A memorable vacation is not only made of the accommodation or famous destinations but also comes from unique culinary experiences. After a day of enjoying private space at the villa, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the beauty of the coastal city, a delicious dinner in an emotional space is always the perfect way to close a long day.

This August, HURA Izakaya officially opens at Furama Dining House, offering another choice for those who love Japanese cuisine. Inspired by traditional izakaya culture, HURA is a place where diners can meet, raise a glass, and enjoy dishes rich in Japanese flavors in a youthful, liberal, yet meticulously crafted space.

The name HURA is inspired by the cheer “URA!” – a symbol of joy, connection, and memorable moments. This is also the spirit that the restaurant wishes to convey in every meal: a place where everyone shares delicious food, enjoys the vibrant atmosphere, and preserves beautiful memories with relatives and friends.

A Meeting Point to Connect After Every Journey

In Japanese culture, an izakaya is a space for meetings after work, after trips, or on special occasions. Not as formal as a fine dining restaurant but not simply an eatery, an izakaya creates a close atmosphere for everyone to enjoy food, chat, and enjoy time together.

That spirit is preserved by HURA but retold in its own way. Instead of completely recreating a traditional izakaya, HURA brings a fusion between Japanese cuisine and inspiration from the coastal city of Da Nang. The space, menu, and service style are all oriented towards openness, helping each meal become a memorable part of the destination discovery journey.

For guests staying at Furama Villas Da Nang, HURA is an ideal suggestion for a change of pace in the evening. After spending time enjoying the privacy of the villa, the whole family or group of friends can explore a new culinary space together, where everyone can easily gather around dishes prepared for sharing and enjoyment.

A Diverse Menu for Families and Groups of Friends

The characteristic of izakaya cuisine is dishes designed for many people to enjoy together in one meal. HURA develops its menu in that spirit with many options suitable for couples, families, groups of friends, or tour groups.

Diverse Japanese cuisine.

Diners can start with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, octopus, scallop sashimi, or sushi portions prepared from fresh ingredients. Following are tempura, karaage, ebi furai, tonkatsu, eel rice, teriyaki salmon rice, Japanese curry rice, seafood hotpot, and many grilled dishes in true izakaya style. Each dish is designed to be easy to order, easy to share, and suitable for many different tastes.

The point that creates HURA’s own mark is the combination of Japanese processing techniques with local seafood sources. Familiar ingredients from Vietnam’s coastal regions are transformed in Japanese culinary style, bringing a sense of both closeness to the destination and opening up new taste experiences for diners.

A Space That Inspires Gatherings

HURA Izakaya is designed in the Japanese Coastal Tavern style – the image of a modern coastal izakaya, where youthfulness, dynamism, and aesthetics blend in every detail, evoking the feeling of stepping into a space where traditional Japanese culture and the liberal rhythm of the coastal city of Da Nang intersect.

Inside the restaurant is a cozy space with soft yellow light, natural wood materials, and decorative accents rich in Japanese spirit such as lanterns, minimalist patterns, and an open space layout. Everything is delicately arranged to create a sense of closeness while still maintaining sophistication, suitable for many different occasions – from cozy family dinners, intimate gatherings with friends, to romantic dates or business meetings in a comfortable yet sufficiently formal atmosphere.

The outdoor space offers a completely different experience, where diners can more clearly feel the vibrant nightlife of Da Nang. When the city lights up, the light from the Furama Dining House area blends with the sea breeze to create an atmosphere that is both relaxing and full of life. Here, diners can enjoy Japanese-flavored dishes while watching the flow of people, listening to the sounds of the city, and feeling the gentle movement of a night by the sea. It is the harmonious combination of indoor and outdoor space, sound, light, and cuisine that creates a complete and attractive experience, making HURA a memorable stop in the culinary discovery journey in Da Nang.

Casual Premium Izakaya – Balancing Quality and Comfort

HURA chooses to position itself according to the casual premium izakaya model – close and accessible but still maintaining clear standards for ingredients, processing procedures, service, and experience. This philosophy is expressed throughout, from the selection of fresh seasonal ingredients and standard Japanese processing techniques to the flexible yet sophisticated service style, helping diners always feel the meticulousness in every small detail.

Not aiming for the complexity of fine dining, HURA brings a sense of comfort so that diners can visit on many different occasions. Whether it’s dinner after a day of vacation, a meeting with friends, or a family party, the restaurant aims to provide a consistent and meticulous experience in every detail. It is this balance between culinary quality and a friendly atmosphere that helps HURA become an easy-to-return-to meeting point, where each visit brings a new emotion while still maintaining the familiarity and comfort of being part of a vacation journey in Da Nang.

When Creativity Becomes Part of the Experience

Besides the culinary story, HURA also pursues a spirit of innovation through the application of AI-generated art combined with human creativity and emotion. This is not just a technological approach, but also a way for HURA to expand the diner’s experience beyond the framework of a normal meal, where every detail can become part of a visual and emotional story.

This orientation contributes to creating new experiences in terms of visuals, space, and brand story, helping HURA become a multi-sensory touchpoint – where cuisine, art, and technology blend together. In the coming time, HURA will continue to introduce many creative ideas as part of its development journey, constantly experimenting with new ways of expression to bring surprises to diners. From there, HURA aims to become a destination where diners not only enjoy food but also enjoy the emotions created from the intersection of art, technology, and the characteristic hospitality of Japanese cuisine.

HURA Izakaya – Where Dinners Become Beautiful Memories

A vacation will become more complete when every moment brings memorable emotions. Besides the experiences at Furama Villas Da Nang, HURA Izakaya is a suggestion to extend the city discovery journey with an evening filled with Japanese flavors.

From fresh sashimi, sushi, tempura, fragrant grilled dishes to steaming hotpots, HURA brings not just a meal but also a space for families to gather, friends to meet, and every conversation to become more meaningful. That is also the spirit that HURA wishes to spread – where joy begins with shared dishes and ends with the laughter that remains after every evening.

Barefoot Beach Runs And Vietnamese Culinary Experiences At Furama Dining House

There are mornings in Da Nang that don’t need many prior appointments but are still enough to become a long-lasting memory. When the whole family wakes up early and steps out onto My An beach in the gentle sunrise, everything seems to slow down a beat. Barefoot Beach Run 2026 is a run that starts the day with a very natural connection. The sound of the waves, the sea breeze, and bare feet on the sand create a rhythm of their own. In that moment, everyone clearly feels that they are living fully in the present.

It is that simplicity that creates the charm of the morning here, unassuming yet full of emotion. After leaving the beach, many people are in no hurry to return but choose to prolong that pleasant feeling a little longer. They find their way to Pho Cuon, on the 1st floor of Furama Dining House , as a natural stop on their morning journey. The space here does not try to impress but gently welcomes people with its quietness and the familiar scent of Vietnamese dishes. From the beach to the dining table, everything transitions softly, as if the morning is still continuing in a different way.

A Morning Written by Moments Together

Barefoot Beach Run is like an excuse for people to get closer together in a very open space. On My An beach, the image of families running together, groups of friends encouraging each other along the way, or international tourists smiling as they touch the sunrise creates a very vivid picture. No one focuses too much on speed or achievement; instead, it’s the feeling of going through a special morning together. Every step on the sand carries a bit of sea breeze and a bit of genuine joy.

When the run ends, the body begins to slow down but the emotions remain intact. That is when people need a break that is not rushed, not noisy, just simply to sit down and breathe steadily again. Pho Cuon becomes such a stop, naturally suited to the post-exercise state. The bright, airy, and light space helps everyone relax easily, allowing the laughter and stories after the run to continue.

A Breakfast with Vietnamese Flavors After an Energetic Journey

After a run on the sand and under the early sun, the body always needs a meal that is both light enough and warm enough to recover energy. Pho Cuon offers familiar Vietnamese dishes, served at a slower, more refined pace. Fresh rolls, bun, pho, or traditional breakfast options help the body return to a state of balance. Fresh ingredients, moderate seasoning, and natural flavors make each dish pleasant from the very first bite.

Spring rolls and sea crab spring rolls.

The memorable part lies in the feeling of sitting back for a long time after exercising. A steaming bowl of pho, a light portion of rolls, or a morning cup of coffee all bring a very “right on time” feeling. People eat in leisure, as if prolonging the echoes of the morning by the sea. It is that moment that makes breakfast a part of the experience, rather than just a simple meal.

A Space for Memories to Be Retold

After every event, what remains the longest is often not how long the run was, but the stories told afterward. There are families reviewing photos taken on the beach together, laughing while remembering the moments of running together in the early breeze. There are groups of friends still excitedly talking about the high-energy stretches of road where laughter mingled with the sound of the waves. And there are those who just sit quietly by the window, watching the morning light flood the space as a sense of peace spreads very slowly.

Pho Cuon was created as a place where those moments can continue to exist. Natural light, a friendly layout, and an atmosphere that isn’t too noisy help every conversation become deeper. People don’t just eat breakfast; they also share a part of the experience they just went through. The meal thus becomes a connection point, where memories are held a little longer before everyone leaves and continues their own journey.

When the Experience Doesn’t Stop at the Finish Line

Barefoot Beach Run 2026 concludes on My An beach, but the morning’s emotions do not stop there. Some choose to walk further along the coast to keep the feeling of the early breeze. Others continue to explore the city in a gentle post-exercise state. And many choose to sit longer over breakfast to let their bodies rest and their minds remain with the moments they just experienced.

Rustic Hanoi-style grilled pork with rice noodles (Bun Cha).

The connection between the sea, movement, and cuisine creates a seamless, uninterrupted flow of experience. Each part of the morning complements the others, from the run on the sand to the meal afterward. It is this continuity that makes a morning in Da Nang more complete, becoming an emotional journey rather than just a single activity.

A Morning That Makes People Want to Return

Da Nang always has its own way of starting the day, especially on mornings by the sea. Sunrise on My An, bare feet on the sand, fresh air, and a breakfast with Vietnamese flavors create a very simple yet unforgettable whole. Not many special things are needed, just the right time and the right emotions; everything is enough to become a memory.

After Barefoot Beach Run 2026, what people take home is not just a sporting experience but the feeling of living slowly in a beautiful morning. And sometimes, it is the smallest things like a run by the sea, a warm breakfast, and a time sitting together that make people want to return to Da Nang many more times. Pho Cuon at Furama Dining House thus becomes a gentle stop, where Vietnamese flavors continue to hold the beautiful echoes of a morning by My An beach.
