Café Indochine
Should be a favorite of local and in-house guests alike, Café Indochine, the very first restaurant of the Furama Resort Danang, features a mixture of European, Indian and Asian cuisine, especially the authentic Vietnamese decorated on Copper Tray, served in ceramic plates that are reminiscent of a distant time and place.
Café Indochine is also renowned for it Seafood & Steak Buffet dinner, serving the “Cooked-to-your-taste” Nha Trang Lobster, unlimited “Ocean to table” Danang Seafood, premium Steak in Teppanyaki style, and a vast array of more than 70 signature dishes in a show kitchen.

Danaksara
The newly opened Danaksara restaurant is named with a combination of the ancient name of the city – “Danak” and a Hebrew feminine word refers to a female minister – “Sara”.
Located in the heart of the magnificent Furama Villas Danang, this voyage through the unique taste of Authentic Central Vietnam cuisine offers an excellent of traditional Vietnamese food in a symphony of delightful textured, bright and piquant favorite of locals and also travelers from around the world, when they think of Vietnamese cuisine or mainly the country’s central region.
