The boulevard is designed as a “creative festive axis,” where sound, light, and art intersect to deliver diverse experiences for visitors.

Three open art spaces along the boulevard allow participants to freely explore—from energetic performances, interactive creative zones with lanterns and New Year wishes, to music spaces featuring both domestic and international bands. A new highlight of this year’s festive season is the “Light Up the Han River – Run to the Future” Night Run, held for the first time on the night of December 31. With a route of approximately 5 kilometers crossing iconic bridges, the race offers a unique experience as participants welcome the New Year amid the city’s dazzling lights.
