After a series of vibrant competition nights, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025 has officially announced the two most outstanding teams advancing to the grand finale: Z121 Vina Pyrotech (Vietnam) and Jiangxi Yanfeng (China). Z121 Vina Pyrotech, representing Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defense, is a newcomer participating in DIFF for the first time. Despite being a rookie, the team impressed audiences with their performance titled “The Aspiration to Rise.” The show was divided into five chapters, depicting the development journey of Da Nang through various historical periods. Notably, it featured colored smoke fireworks, marking their first-ever appearance in DIFF’s history, delighting and surprising viewers alike.

Meanwhile, Jiangxi Yanfeng – runner-up of DIFF 2024, maintained their strong form with an inspiring performance that brought the classic “Journey to the West” tale to life. Seamlessly blending Chinese tradition with modern technology, the team from Liuyang, the famed fireworks capital of China—delivered a show rich in cultural depth and captivating synchronization.

The organizing committee has conducted a draw to determine the performance order for the DIFF 2025 grand finale. According to the results, Jiangxi Yanfeng from China will open the show, while Z121 Vina Pyrotech representing Vietnam will perform second.

In this final night, each team will be provided with nearly 7,000 fireworks shells to craft their performance. With the theme “Welcoming a New Era,” the finale promises brilliant displays that showcase the creative vision and far-reaching aspirations of the city by the Han River.
