Building New “Image Ambassadors” for Da Nang Tourism
At the end of September, more than 30 content creators (Kreators) from India and the Middle East embarked on a 4-day, 3-night journey to Da Nang’s famous attractions such as SunWorld Ba Na Hills, VinWonders Nam Hoi An, and Vinpearl Nam Hoi An Golf Resort.

According to Mr. Shivam Tyagi, Marketing Director of Klook India and the Middle East, the event marked a strategic collaboration in creative content marketing, contributing to positioning Vietnam as one of Asia’s most inspiring destinations.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tham, Director of Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center, noted that collaborating with KOLs, KOCs, and content creators is an inevitable trend in modern media. They serve as new “image ambassadors,” offering more intimate and engaging perspectives on the vibrant coastal city.
Da Nang has proactively developed policies to attract international KOLs, KOCs, and content creators from key markets such as Korea, Japan, China, Thailand, India, Malaysia, and the Middle East to film and share their experiences—spreading Da Nang’s image widely on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
International Cooperation and Long-Term Promotional Campaigns
The Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center has signed long-term MOUs with major online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Klook, Trip.com, TikTok Vietnam, KKDAY, and Yango Ads to build seasonal communication campaigns and co-branding activities between the city and international brands.
Promotional plans will run throughout the year, aligned with Da Nang’s signature events such as the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF), Da Nang International Marathon, and the Enjoy Da Nang program.
These initiatives also highlight new tourism products including green tourism, culinary tourism, wellness tourism, and MICE tourism.
Expanding International Presence
From October 15–17, Da Nang participated in the ITB Asia 2025 tourism fair in Singapore under the theme “New Da Nang – New Experiences.”
The city’s booth showcased distinctive destinations such as Marble Mountains, Hoi An, and My Son Sanctuary, alongside its strengths in luxury resorts, golf, beach tourism, and MICE.

In the first nine months, the city welcomed 14.4 million visitors, a 22.3% increase year-on-year, including 5.8 million international arrivals.
This strong recovery is driven by national-scale events like DIFF 2025 and Enjoy Da Nang, along with increasingly modern infrastructure such as Lien Chieu Port, Da Nang International Airport, and the expanded coastal road system.
Da Nang continues to affirm its status as the “Tourism Capital of Central Vietnam”, a leading hub for resorts and events.
