Get started with this introductory course to cook traditional Vietnamese cuisine. You will learn some simple but popular Vietnamese dishes that you can easily prepare in minutes, such as fresh hand rolls with pork and prawns, deep-fried meat and prawn spring rolls as well as “My Quang” noodle soup.
When you attend the class, we will provide the following items: a Chef’s hat, an apron, a set of cooking recipes, a pen, a bottle of mineral water, a cold towel and of course a certificate if you pass our class successfully.
Our Vietnamese Chef shall meet you in our Danaksara Restaurant at 11.30 am and introduce all necessary ingredients, herbs and vegetables that Danang people often choose for their daily meals. You will taste all dishes that have been prepared, and practiced during the class by yourself.
If you want to experience a sight tour to Han Market – the most popular local market in Danang, our Chef will accompany you together with a photographer to take pictures of these lovely moments. The tour starts at 10.00 am and lasts for 01 hour. When we come back to Furama, you can have a half hour break in your room before the cooking class starts. Additional fee of VND 499,000++ per person for this additional market trip.
