FURAMA RESORT DANANG WELCOMES TWO NEW MANAGERS

Furama Resort Danang is thrilled to welcome Ms. Nguyen Minh Trang and Ms. Jane Hewawasan as our Villas Manager and Director of Rooms. 

Ms. Nguyen Minh Trang will be joining our team on September 5^th, 2016. Ms. Trang had worked for Furama Resort from 2006 to 2009 at Recreation and Front Office departments. Coming back to Furama Resort with the position of Villas Manager, she brings with her an impressive and well-rounded 15-year record in the hospitality industry including a lot of experiences to deal with guests, suppliers as well as villas owners. Performing in a number of positions at manager level shows her demonstrated ability to manage, coach and train staff in order to develop them and deliver exceeded expectation services to the guests. In her new position, Ms. Trang will be pleased to look after all guests at Furama Villas and commit to propel the resort’s mission of providing an oasis of love, care, compassion and heart-touching hospitality.

In order to bring the memorable experience to every single guest staying at the Furama Resort and meet the requirement of business and property development, the resort has recruited its new Director of Rooms – Ms. Jane Hewawasan. Ms. Jane graduated from Albrecht Duerer College in Duesseldorf, Germany in 2002 and certified apprenticeship for Hotel Management at Renaissance Duesseldorf Hotel in the same year. After graduating from the College, she worked for Renaissance Duesseldorf Hotel, Zurich Marriott Hotel, Corad Hotel Chicago, Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai and joined Furama team in 2009 with the position of Front Office Manager. During her previous time at Furama Resort, Ms. Jane already made great contribution to the development of customer service and Front Office operation. With an enhanced experience in room management, customer services and revenue management, Ms. Jane will be able to make further great contributions to the image and development of the resort and the future projects.
