Furama Resort Danang will present a Hong Kong Culinary Weekend, the first of its kind for the city, bringing out the Hong Kong Dim Sum Set Lunch and Hong Kong-inspired Seafood Buffet at our signature Café Indochine Restaurant on July 27 – 30. Featuring renowned fellow chefs from Hong Kong in a weekend of exciting culinary journey, coupled with live entertainment and enticing offers, the event is slated to become one of Furama’s hottest summer events.

Guests can indulge in a Hong Kong Dim Sum Set Lunch with a selection of delights such as ‘Steamed shrimp dumpling’, ‘Steamed barbequed pork bum’, ‘Jelly fish and Chinese celery marinated with sesame oil’, ‘Double-boiled soup of chicken, conch, Chinese yam and wolfberry’, ‘Sauteed scallops and asparagus with XO chilli sauce XO’, ‘Chilled mango pudding’ at VND 298,000++/ adult (discounted from VND 498,000++/adult) and VND 198,000 ++/ child 4 – 12 years. The event will also feature a free flow of refreshing tea and free pool access to our Ocean Pool or Lagoon Pool on the same day, offering just what you need in a summer day. Another highlight of this 4-day foodie extravaganza includes a Buy 3 Get 1 Hong Kong-inspired Seafood Buffet from 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm. Chef Ting Kam Hung and Chef Wong Kwok Tai from Gold Coast Yacht & Country Club Hotel, Hong Kong will demonstrate favorites such as freshly grilled ‘Peking duck’, ‘Soy sauce chicken’, ‘Wok-fried chicken fillets with preserved black bean and shallots’ with mouth-watering sauce such as ‘Garlic, pepper and preserved black bean sauce’, ‘Sweet and sour pineapple onion sauce’, ‘Spicy bean, onion and garlic sauce’, etc. The seafood buffet dinner also has an all-you-can-eat seafood and BBQ delights including freshly lobster, octopus, squid, New Zealand mussels, scallops, up to 10 kg fish; an international salad show cooking station; a selection of special cheese; a wide range of Spanish, Italian and French ham; a “Cooked to your taste” Australian leg of lamb, American pork rip and honey chicken wing station; a sushi, sashimi, kimbap, maki rolls station; a carving station serves American beef and an extensive international dessert corner.
