FURAMA RESORT DANANG PROMOTES VIETNAMESE CUSINE IN HONG KONG

Vietnamese cuisine promotion week was successfully held from May 15th to May 21st at the Gold Coast Yacht & Country Club Hotel, Hong Kong. This trip is an excellent opportunity for our Executive chef Doan Van Tuan and Executive Sous chef Nguyen Duy Hoang to interact with top chefs from Hong-Kong, learn and transfer the various culinary cultures from each country.

The Furama will also welcome two experienced chefs, Ting Kam Hung and Wong Kwok Tai, from Hong Kong to host the Hong Kong Cuisine Week promotion at the resort from July 24th to 30th, 2017.
